Nancy is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist as well as a Certified Mind and Body Specialist, Mental Skills Specialist, Personal Trainer, Holistic Fitness Practitioner, Spin Instructor, Shamballa Reiki Practitioner, and is Certified in Mindfulness Stress Reduction Meditation.  As if that isn’t enough, one of her more notable yoga accomplishments is participating annually in the Yoga Reaches Out – Yogathon at Gillette Stadium, raising money for Boston Children’s Hospital patients and families.  Nancy has been researching and creating this transformation program for many years. She is excited to share it with you.
