Kerin has been practicing yoga consistently for about 7 years. She started taking weekly classes at her gym and quickly fell in love with the practice. Kerin found so much peace and grounding in her yoga practice that she wants to share it with others through teaching. Yoga and meditation help greatly improve the mind-body connection, as well as cultivating compassion and joy, both on and off the mat.
Kerin completed her 200-hour training in 2022 through Metrowest Yoga, and is looking forward to continuing her Yoga education.
Vinyasa Flow: All levels class, Vinyasa, also known as flow yoga, is one of the most common styles of yoga taught here in the US. Vinyasa style yoga connects breath with movement to attain balance of the mind and body.
Gentle Flow: All levels class, this is a slower paced class where we flow with intention and focus on movement that restores and relaxes the body and mind.
