Paula Sheehan has been in the health and wellness industry for over four decades. She has extensive education and training in Yoga, Pilates and Barre. Her passion in her yoga education has taken her from Massachusetts to Hawaii and back. Paula enjoys being able to teach the quiet side of yoga and also is passionate with a more movement-based form of Yoga, Pilates and Barre. Her philosophy is to seek some form of movement daily.
