Crystal is a 200-RYT that teaches Vinyasa & Yoga Body Sculpt, Tai chi/Chi Gong, Marconic Energy Healing, Tong Ren Tapping and has trained at the Tom Tam Healing Center (OCI) in Quincy, Mass. Crystal loves how Yoga creates inner serenity and harmony, and the balance between strength and flexibility is sweet. She genuinely believes it transforms you on a deeper level and inspires you to accelerate your life’s journey.
This practice originated in China; low impact, slow motion physical exercise with stretching. As you move, you breathe deeply and naturally focusing your attention as in meditation. A gentle way to fight stress.
The movements are usually circular & never forced. Improves balance to prevent falls. It Strengthens the legs, feet and ankles. Helps to unblock & encourage the proper flow of Chi energy force flowing through your body. Can be practiced standing or sitting. Can help to lower blood pressure, prevent falls, help arthritis, focus & sleep. Those who have difficulty sitting and meditating. This is a moving meditation!
